Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email giftable.betty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Damaged / Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
